All mechanical designs are produced on Pro Engineer Wildfire v4, 3D Modelling software. Working with MIG, TIG, Plasma, Resistance, Spot welding, Handling, Automation, Laser Cutting and Laser Welding systems, our mechanical design team can offer Welding Fixtures, Welding Lathes, Linear Welders, CNC Plasma Cutting Machines, Leak test machines, Robot Tooling, Pick & Place Units and Line Assembly Units to name but a few items within our scope.

Although working closely with Fanuc, Thermadyne and KJN, Pentangle can offer a variety of services on OTC, Jetline, Motoman, and ABB products. Services include: - Integration into Robot Cells or Dedicated Machines, Robot Programming, Robot Training, Robot Service, Robot Spares, Machine Rebuilds, Machine Refurbishments, Aftermarket Support, Repairs, Sparesand Machine Breakdowns. Our close links with Thermadyne UK allows us to supply and integrate Thermal Dynamics and Thermal Arc Equipment into new and existing machines and we offer Thermadyne Spares Service. PES offer a repair and test service to all our customers. Usually equipment is sent to our workshop where sparesare generally readily available, or if preferred, our engineer can attend the customer’s premises and if possible complete the repair on site.PES supplies a very competitive service to their Press Machine customers, old and new. Up until now, our Service Department has offered a Repair, Spares and Machine service on all makes of Clicking and Travelling Head Presses.

To Improve our service further, Pentangle Engineering are now Authorised to supply and support, the full range of Ares Presses from Ares Italia.Our electrical design department cover Control System Design from a basic tool to a full-blown Assembly Line, as well as Control System Upgrades and Safety systems. PES also offers Sub Contract Services for mechanical and electrical design, Panel Building, Panel Wiring and Robot Services.
