Pentangle Engineering Services offer training courses that are tailored to the customers requirements . Courses for new Robots are usually held at Pentangle, where we have a separate training room for "class work". Practical training is carried out on either one of the stand alone robots or on the customers new machine, prior to machine despatch. If preferred, training can be carried out at the customers premises after commissioning. General operator and maintenance training can be supplied, on request, for existing robots at customer premises.

Part of our ongoing commitment is to spend time with our customers so they can acquaint themselves with their new machine and feel comfortable going to production. There is also technical support a phone call away, which can be extended for out of hour’s service.
